Customers Fault Description : Will turn fire up using the safety and up buttons but not down
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing the handset was found not to be transmitting on the down channel.
This was due to a faulty crystal, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
