This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be working, it was noted that the customer explained that the issue is intermittent.
Due to the time sensitive issue whereby the customer is in a hurry to have the item returned for a holiday it was agreed to carry out the regular issues that can cause problems with these particular controls. namely cleaning the ribbon cable contacts.
The battery cable did look like it had already been replaced but the soldering was problematic, a replacement lead was fitted and soldered correctly into place.
The customer is requested to test the item and does have a full 12 month guarantee as per our service.
