Customer's Fault Description
This remote may have been submerged under water or thrown on floor. It will not turn on the tv at all. The tv is in bathroom so the remote is splash proof.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This bathroom TV controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
On opening this was found to be due to corrosion in the print due to water damage.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
