Powrtouch Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Does not light up when you press the buttons - hence no power to the caravan.
Small screw missing to battery cover plate
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was not responding from its double power button press causing the remote not to power on.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive caps were fitted which restored full functionality.
