Customers Fault Description : as mentioned to martin smith dog had a go at this and the 3 buttons are loose- also the casing does not seem fully secure

This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection the case was held together by tape and had signs of teeth marks in the casing. Also one of the buttons was loose inside.
On opening the transducer was found to be badly damaged as well.
A reconditioned case was fitted and a replacement transducer was fitted which restored normal functionality.
