Customers Fault Description : Stopped working and will not turn on or off any of fire controls. The fire can still be operated from the buttons in the fire front.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation, the item was opened to check for issues but no fault could be replicated.
