Customers Fault Description : The battery holder corroded badly and the controller stopped working. I replaced the battery tray but it still does not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was dead.
This was due to a missing capacitor and break in the print. The print was reworked and the capacitor replaced which restored full functionality.
