Triton Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Works intermittently but buttons function differently depending on their mood! Temperature button can turn the machine off, fan speed button can change the temperature. Off button can just stop working completely.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This body dryer controller arrived safely and on inspection the button facia was damaged with he usual cracks around the button caps and one was missing.
On testing the buttons that were present were intermittent.
On peeling back the facia the issue was found to be due to corrosion caused by water contamination (see image). The print was reworked which restored normal button response. Replacement button caps were fitted under the original facia, this restored full functionality.
Please note that the item is NOT waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
