Customer's Fault Description
It has stopped working. There is no light coming on when you press the buttons.
Also the cover for the battery compartment has been lost but we had the problem before that happened.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Wurlitzer controller arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover (luckily we had a replacement so have supplied one)
On testing the remote was dead, this was due to a bad solder joint on the IR led (see image). This was resoldered which restored full functionality.
