Working fine but casing broken
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Sony controller arrived safely and on arrival was in pieces and the battery terminals were bent out of shape.
The retaining pins for the case were broken, these were cut off and the case refitted properly and glued with the terminals seated correctly.
On testing the remote was functioning as the customer stated.
