Customer's Fault Description
Remote has been through washing machine. Replaced batteries and buttons all work. Followed instructions to programme remote but does not appear to have worked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button press.
Sadly this means that a repair is not possible as the issue is likely software based which cannot be repaired. The customer is required to re-try to pair the remote with its corresponding receiver.
