Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working. Have tried replacing batteries, moving closer to receiver but no joy.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace remote arrived safely and on testing the top 2 buttons were non responsive but the bottom 2 were normal.
On opening this was due to contamination over the top 2 button contacts (see image). This was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
