Customer's Fault Description
Some buttons don't work such as AV, volume and GUIDE. Others are hard to use like volume
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Panasonic TV controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some non responsive buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to a mass of sticky liquid covering many of the button pads and PCB. The board was cleaned using alcohol and the pads washed down which restored full functionality.
