VIBRADORM Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : no buttons work even after new battery but the red light stays constantly on at all times
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the IR cover was missing (this cant be replaced and doesn't effect functionality)
On adding a battery the terminals were found to be loose making a very poor connection.
The terminals were bent back into place and soldered to reinforce them and also the oscillator was replaced.
When re-tested the remote was then fully functioning.
