Customers Fault Description : The green button that closes the garage door isn't working. (This is the green button that it adjacent to the grey button)

This garage controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non-responsive button. This was found to be due to a corrosion point in the print causing an open circuit.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
