Customer's Fault Description
Light on remote appears to be stuck on when batteries are inserted. Possibly a button has jammed on and might just need a clean. No idea which button it could be.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This amplifier controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be transmitting without a button being pressed.

This was due to contamination over the mode switch contacts.  The switch was cleaned and full functionality was restored.
