Adjustamatic Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote not working as I have 2 beds I’m using the the one from the other bed so bed is working fine
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged at the remote end. Internally two of the wires were broken.
The cable was cut back be a few inches to bypass all breaks.
