Celebrity Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Celebrity

Customers Fault Description : The footrest up button not functioning or intermittent. Cable outer cover deteriorating but cable intact.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the cable had visible signs of damage.  After talking with the customer a replacement cable was fitted at a requested length of 2 foot.

Conductive pads were also fitted on the problematic buttons just in case of a resistance issue.
