Customers Fault Description : It won't power on. I haven't used it for a few month. went to move the caravan today double clicked the power button and no led light Changed batteries and tested batteries to no avail. I peeled off the button pad and cleaned up the contacts to no avail.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
On opening there were various corrosion spots caused by contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
