Customer's Fault Description
RC1: The left direction button has stopped transmitting.
The button does press and click fine, but no signal is transmitted from it? All other buttons work fine.

RC2: The Antenna has snapped off, all buttons work fine, so would you be able to replace the Antenna?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two controllers arrived safely and on inspection one was missing the aerial and battery cover.
The aerial was replaced which restored functionality (the battery cover cannot be replaced as its not available as a spare, this does not effect functionality)
The second controller was found to have a faulty button, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
