Customers Fault Description : Corrosion of end battery contact which needs to be replaced: please clean and fix

This velux controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have suffered a major battery leakage that had destroyed on of the terminals.
The terminal was replaced and the PCB cleaned of all contaminants. This restored full functionality.
