Customers Fault Description : Remote does not work, possibly due to bad corrosion of battery contacts
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This iSymphony controller arrived safely and was confirmed dead due to the battery terminals being badly corroded.
Replacement terminals were replace which restored full functionality.
