Customers Fault Description : Not all functions are working, cannot change modes, the time continuously flashes,cannot adjust temperature. Can basically only turn air con on and off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Aircon control arrived safely and on testing the screen was missing the majority of its characters and also most of the buttons were non responsive.
On opening there was a large mass of corrosion inside the control on both sides of the print from a battery leakage. The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
