Customers Fault Description : New battery and when pressing the 2 on buttons together nothing happens

This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not be responding from its twin power button press.
This was due to worn contacts on the power buttons. Replacement conductive caps were glued into place which restored full functionality.
