Customer's Fault Description
The 2 remotes have stopped working, none of the buttons work. Have tried new batteries but this made no difference.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two garage door controllers arrived safely.  One was already apart and was found to be missing one of its battery terminals.  A replacement terminal was fitted which restored full functionality (replacement batteries were supplied for this control)

The second control did have batteries included but the remote was found to be dead.

This was found to be due to a poor solder joint on the terminals.  The terminals were resoldered firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
