Customers Fault Description : The received did,n working! I have also new batterij,s uses, But somethimes he is oké! I Think, inside anywhere no good contact!🤷♂️
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control and receiver arrived safely from Holland and on testing the receiver was not responding from the remote.
On inspection the battery block had signs of some leakage (green discoloration on a couple of the terminals), the battery block was replaced but the issue was not cured. The Ultrasonic transducer was found to be at fault in the receiver. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
