Celebrity Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Celebrity

Customers Fault Description : The main reclining function will not work. It was poor for a while but possible to get working by pushing the button slightly up but now it no longer works at all.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This celebrity control arrived safely and on inspection there were signs that the customer had attempted to open the control as the seam seal was detached from the control.

The control was opened (the final screw is located under the silver facia which is required to be peeled back to expose the screw) and the button contacts were reworked as they had worn down due to wear.

Please note that due to the facia needing to be peeled back there are some slight markings on the facia (replacements are not available).  Please see second image below.
