The control works but when trying to light these no spark or ignition <br /> The controller does still turn the flame up and down but no ignition or spark
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the receiver was found to be non responsive / dead.  This was found to be a SMD fuse which had blown, one replaced power was restored.

It was then that hte real issue was found whereby the remotes bottom left button was very unresponsive and would only activate when pressed hard, this effectively was stopping the ignition sequence from starting up.

All buttons were replaced in the handset which restored full functionality.
