Customers Fault Description : Water and dirt had gotten into the circuit board and was unable to turn off the alarm or remote lock the doors.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Van alarm arrived safely and on testing the top left button (arm) was found not to be responding - would not light up or send a signal), all other buttons were found to be working as normal.
The Arm button was replaced which restored functionality.
