Water and dirt had gotten into the circuit board and was unable to turn off the alarm or remote lock the doors.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Van alarm arrived safely and on testing the top left button (arm) was found not to be responding - would not light up or send a signal), all other buttons were found to be working as normal.

The Arm button was replaced which restored functionality.
