Customer's Fault Description
Unit won't turn on. Have tried a re-set technique read about on internet of pressing forward clockwise button whilst inserting batteries, but it makes no difference. New Batteries fitted etc, but no difference.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to turn on from its power button. This was die to the usual tiny break in the print caused by contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
