Customer's Fault Description
Remote dropped. On/off switch broken and not engaging with switch slider. Requires new switch fitting to pcb
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This GO2 motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection had signs of an attempted opening (marks on the sides), on testing the control was confirmed to be stuck on.
This was due to a broken shaft on the on/off switch. A replacement switch was fitted which restored full functionality.
