Customer's Fault Description
The remote got wet and the operation window has been damaged with the water. The remote still worked however since replacing the batteries I can no longer programme the remote and it will not operate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Velux control arrived safely and on inspection the screen was found to be damaged.

A replacement screen was fitted which restored full functionality.
