No able to use remote and the box inside the fire. Not connecting with each other. Red lights on remote not lighting up when buttons pressed. Remote and receiver will be sent. Thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed that the receiver was not receiving the remotes signal.

This was remedied by replacing the crystals in the receiver. The battery block in the receiver had signs of a battery leak. The battery block was also replaced.

No issue was found with the remote itself.
