Customers Fault Description : Charging point has snapped off inside remote

This TV lift control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have the usual issue whereby the charging port breaks away from the PCB.
The port was soldered back into place and then reinforced using hot melt glue to give it a bit of extra stability.
