Ferroli Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Ferroli
Customers Fault Description : The battery holder compartment does not hold the battery in place and the remote has not been used for a number of years.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This aircon remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminal was broken away from the PCB.
The terminal was resoldered back into position and then reinforced using hot-melt glue, please take care when replacing the battery as the design of this terminal housing is quite poor and i can see why it broke in the first place. I have included a brand new Duracell battery which should last a while.
