Bose RC-X35L Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote will not work or light up
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bose remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have markings around the edge remnant of an attempted opening.
On testing the remote was confirmed dead.
This was found to be due to contamination on the display ribbon connector, this was cleaned up and full functionality was restored. Please note that the customer may need to pair the remote again with the receiver upon return.
