Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the sides and top had signs of an attempted opening.
On opening the cable was found to have breaks in at the remote end, the cable was cut back by a couple of inches to bypass the breaks and also one of the buttons was replaced.
