Customers Fault Description : remote not working on either frequency no red led light and no response from bed. bed working via button on power unit so by deduction problem is with remote. exactly same problem as this-https://remotefixer.co.uk/rf2313.html
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Vibradorm bed remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to the oscillator coming away from the board on one of its pins, this was soldered firmly back in to place which restored full functionality.
