Arcam Solo Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Not working at all. Tried to change batteries and no luck.

This Arcam remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. On opening this was found to be due to a crack around the IR leds. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
