Customers Fault Description : The battery casing at the back keeps falling off and the remote control doesn't seem to pick up on the command to reduce the flame.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a broken battery cable. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
