Glow Worm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Shows the display and can change details etc then the screen goes blank but lights up
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This glow worm remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminals were found to be faulty and also the remote screen mountings were broken.
The terminals were replaced and the Screen securely fitted into place and hot glued to secure it. Full functionality was restored.
