Customers Fault Description : Remote(s) stopped working after getting wet

These bale wrapper controls arrived safely from the United States and on testing one was constantly transmitting without a button being pressed and the other was intermittent in response.
This was due to contamination over the button array on both, shorting out various parts of the array. The array was split and cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
Please note that these items are not waterproof and must be used / stored carefully to avoid further damage from moisture.
