PDT KF04-433RC Remote Repair Details
Model : PDT KF04-433RC
Customers Fault Description : Only 1 out of the four buttons works properly (the grey one). The top green one works if pressed very hard and the other green and red dont work at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This garage door control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty buttons.
On opening the button array was found to have contamination over part of it which had corroded through parts of the print. The contamination was cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
A set of Duracell batteries was also supplied.
