Customer's Fault Description
The remote works when reducing the flame height, but does not work at all when you try to increase the flame height. The receiver, which connects to the flame height motor, is included with the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace control and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to be working as per normal operation on both the up and down channels.
The receiver gives the corresponding +6 v and -6 v again as per normal operation (see testing video)
Sadly as we cannot see a fault this has been classed as no fault found.
