Customers Fault Description : Remote works okay to ignite the fire and raise the flame but doesn't work when trying to reduce the flame.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the receiver was confirmed not to repsond from one of its channels.
On opening one of the crystals was found to have a broken leg in the receiver. The crystal was replaced which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the remote.
