This Concern for Comfort controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have the right column of buttons being non operative.  This was due to worn contacts (see image), replacement button caps were fitted on the bad buttons which restored full functionality.

Please note that the red led will not light on this remote unless the battery power is low as this is a battery power indicator.
