Customer's Fault Description
Will show red light and move the van for a second or two then the red light goes out and stops the van moving.
You can hear the motor engage with the van but will not move the van despite the red light on
The van does not go back in a straight line at times when pressing the backward button and pulls to one side
The sideway move button do not work that often
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic power / button response.
On opening this was found to be due to cracked solder joints on the power block input to the PCB (see image).
These joints were soldered which restored solid functionality. All buttons were tested and found to be fully functional.
