Handicare Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : remote working but you have to hold the buttons very hard for it to work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Stair lift controller arrived safely and on testing the button response was confirmed to be sluggish.

Replacement conductive button caps were fitted on both buttons which restored full functionality.
