Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : Not working, not switching on. New batteries added but just dead.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Velux control arrived safely and on testing was dead, it tapped would start up temporarily.
This was due to a common issue whereby a capacitor falls off the PCB (see image), this was resoldered back in to place which restored full functionality.
