Batteries won’t go in the controller. Think the springs have gone slightly, also the up and down button has stopped working
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Glowworm remote arrived safely and on inspection one of the battery Tabs inside the control was bent inwards making a power connection very temperamental.  The terminal was replaced and reinforced using solder tabs which restored constant power, the batteries now have a tight fit.

The Up and down select buttons were also replaced.
