Glow Worm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Batteries won’t go in the controller. Think the springs have gone slightly, also the up and down button has stopped working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Glowworm remote arrived safely and on inspection one of the battery Tabs inside the control was bent inwards making a power connection very temperamental. The terminal was replaced and reinforced using solder tabs which restored constant power, the batteries now have a tight fit.
The Up and down select buttons were also replaced.
